「记得住」（以下简称「本应用」「我们」）是一款帮助您在本地收集、整理并提醒处理重要事项的个人生活助手。 我们重视您的隐私。本政策说明本应用会处理哪些信息、为何处理，以及您如何管理这些信息。
核心原则：本应用以「本地优先」设计。您创建的待办、笔记、图片、语音、链接等内容默认保存在您的设备上； 我们不要求注册账号，也不运营云端同步服务将上述内容上传至我们的服务器。
本应用不收集用于用户画像、广告投放或跨应用追踪的个人信息，也未集成第三方统计分析、广告或崩溃上报 SDK。
您在使用过程中可能涉及的信息处理类型如下：
下列数据保存在您的 iPhone / iPad 本地，或通过 Apple 提供的 App Group 在「主应用」与「桌面小组件」之间共享，以便小组件展示与操作今日待办：
卸载应用或使用应用内的「按日期清理」功能，可删除相应本地数据（当天数据可能受保护，以应用内说明为准）。 系统备份（如 iCloud 备份 / 电脑备份）是否包含上述数据，取决于您设备的系统备份设置，不由本应用单独上传。
本应用仅在实现相应功能时申请下列权限。您可在 iOS「设置」中随时关闭；关闭后，相关功能可能不可用，但不影响其他本地功能。

在下列场景中，本应用会发起网络请求。请求由您的设备直接发出，我们不会借此建立用户账号档案：
位置仅用于天气与「今天」页展示，不会用于持续追踪您的行踪。
通知、闹钟、定位、反向地理编码、天气等也可能依赖 Apple 系统能力。相关处理受 Apple 的隐私政策与系统设置约束。
您的内容主要依赖设备本地存储与操作系统提供的沙盒 / App Group 机制保护。 请妥善保管设备解锁密码、面容 ID / 触控 ID，并及时更新 iOS 系统。 因设备丢失、未锁屏、越狱或恶意软件等导致的数据泄露风险，超出本应用可单独控制的范围；建议开启系统级保护措施。
我们可能适时修订本政策。更新后，我们会在本页面调整「更新日期」，并在应用内或应用商店页面以合理方式提示。 若更新涉及处理目的、方式等重大变更，我们将按适用法律要求另行征得同意（如需要）。

MemoInBox (“the App”, “we”) is a personal life assistant that helps you capture, organize, and get reminded about things that matter. This policy explains what information is processed, why, and how you can manage it.
Local-first: To-dos, notes, photos, voice memos, and links you create are stored on your device by default. We do not require an account and do not operate a cloud sync service that uploads this content to our servers.
We do not collect personal information for profiling, advertising, or cross-app tracking, and we have not integrated third-party analytics, ads, or crash-reporting SDKs.
The following may be stored locally and shared between the main app and the Home Screen widget via an App Group:

The App may use Apple WeatherKit and, when needed, weather APIs such as Open-Meteo, sending only necessary parameters (e.g. coordinates) to obtain current conditions.
Saving an http(s) link may trigger a request to that URL for title/summary/icon metadata. Opening a link in-app loads the page via WebKit; that site’s own privacy policy applies to its content.
Notifications, alarms, location, geocoding, and weather may rely on Apple system services governed by Apple’s privacy terms.
Content is protected primarily by on-device storage and iOS sandbox / App Group mechanisms. Please keep your device lock and biometrics enabled and keep iOS updated.
We may update this policy and revise the “Last updated” date on this page. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable manner as required by applicable law.
